Analog Devices AD8045 Datasheet Rev A
The AD8045 is a unity‑gain stable voltage‑feedback amplifier offering ultralow distortion, low noise, and very high slew rate. It provides a –3 dB bandwidth of 1 GHz, a slew rate of 1350 V/µs, and settles to 0.1 % in 75 ns, making it suitable for ultrasound, ATE, active filters, and ADC driver applications.
Available in both 8‑lead SOIC and 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP packages, the device features an exposed paddle for efficient heat removal and operates over an extended industrial temperature range (‑40 °C to +125 °C). The datasheet includes detailed specifications, pin configurations, typical performance curves, and layout recommendations for the exposed paddle.
