Analog Devices AD7672 High-Speed 12-Bit ADC Datasheet
The AD7672 is a high-speed 12-bit ADC fabricated in Linear-Compatible CMOS (LCMOS) process. It combines precision bipolar components with low-power, high-speed CMOS logic to achieve conversion times as low as 3 µs while dissipating only 110mW of power.
The device features an on-chip clock circuit and offers flexibility in analog input ranges via pin-strapping (0 to +5V, 0 to +10V, or ±5V). It is designed for use with external reference voltages and operates from nominal supply voltages of +5V and -12V. The AD7672 provides a high-speed digital interface with three-state data outputs and standard microprocessor control inputs.
