Analog Devices AD7675 16‑Bit 100 kSPS Differential ADC Datasheet
The AD7675 is a 16‑bit, charge‑redistribution SAR analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single 5 V supply. It provides up to 100 kSPS throughput, internal error‑correction, and both serial (SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE) and parallel data interfaces, making it suitable for high‑speed data‑acquisition applications.
The device is available in 48‑lead LQFP and 48‑lead LFCSP packages and is specified for operation from –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed specifications include 1.5 LSB INL, 94 dB typical SNR, –110 dB THD, and power‑down consumption as low as 7 µW. Typical applications are CT scanners, instrumentation, spectrum analysis, medical instruments, battery‑powered systems, and process control.
