Analog Devices AD7667 16‑Bit 1 MSPS PulSAR® Unipolar ADC Datasheet

Datasheet 28 pages · 755 KB · EN

The AD7667 is a 16‑bit, 1 MSPS PulSAR® unipolar ADC that operates from a single 5 V supply. It includes an internal 2.5 V reference, error‑correction circuitry, and supports both parallel and serial (SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP compatible) interfaces.

Key features include three throughput modes (Warp 1 MSPS, Normal 800 kSPS, Impulse 666 kSPS), low power dissipation (as low as 130 µW at 1 kSPS), and a specified operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.

Questions answered in these manuals

What is the maximum sampling rate of the AD7667?

The AD7667 can sample at up to 1 MSPS in Warp mode, 800 kSPS in Normal mode, and 666 kSPS in Impulse mode.

From: Analog Devices AD7667 16‑Bit 1 MSPS PulSAR® Unipolar ADC Datasheet

What supply voltage does the AD7667 require?

The device operates from a single 5 V supply (AVDD = DVDD = 5 V).

From: Analog Devices AD7667 16‑Bit 1 MSPS PulSAR® Unipolar ADC Datasheet

What is the maximum sampling rate of the AD7667?

The AD7667 can sample at up to 1 MSPS in Warp mode, 800 kSPS in Normal mode, and 666 kSPS in Impulse mode.

From: Analog Devices AD7667 Datasheet

How does power consumption change in Impulse mode?

In Impulse mode the power dissipation decreases with throughput, roughly proportional to the sampling rate.
