STMicroelectronics VND810 Double Channel High-Side Driver Datasheet
The VND810 is a double channel high-side driver designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 Technology, intended for driving multiple loads with one side connected to ground. It features active Vcc pin voltage clamping to protect against low energy spikes and includes active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart to protect against overload. The device detects open load conditions in both the on and off-states and automatically turns off if the ground pin becomes disconnected.
