STMicroelectronics LY3200ALH MEMS Gyroscope Datasheet
The LY3200ALH is a high-performance, low-power single-axis micromachined gyroscope designed to measure angular rate along the yaw axis. It features a full scale of ±2000 dps and a -3 dB bandwidth up to 140 Hz, providing excellent temperature stability over an extended operating range of -40°C to +85°C. The device utilizes a sensing element based on the Coriolis principle and includes integrated low-pass filters and an analog absolute angular-rate output.
