About this manual

The ADA4817‑1 (single) and ADA4817‑2 (dual) FastFET™ amplifiers are unity‑gain stable, ultrahigh‑speed voltage‑feedback op‑amps with FET inputs. They are offered in 8‑lead LFCSP, 8‑lead SOIC (single) and 16‑lead LFCSP (dual) packages that include an exposed paddle for efficient heat removal and a low‑distortion pinout.

These devices target photodiode pre‑amps, data‑acquisition front ends, wide‑band transimpedance applications, active filtering and ADC driving. Key performance includes a 1050 MHz –3 dB bandwidth (±5 V), 870 V/µs slew rate, 9 ns 0.1 % settling time, 4 nV/√Hz voltage noise at 100 kHz, and a 40 mA continuous output current.
