Analog Devices AD8331/AD8332 Ultralow Noise VGAs Datasheet
The AD8331/AD8332 are linear-in-dB, variable gain amplifiers optimized for ultrasound systems but usable up to 120 MHz. Each channel includes an ultralow noise preamplifier (LNA), a VGA with a 48 dB gain range, and a selectable postamplifier with adjustable output limiting.
