Analog Devices AD7612 Datasheet
The AD7612 is a 16‑bit charge‑redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) analog‑to‑digital converter fabricated on Analog Devices' iCMOS high‑voltage process. It offers multiple programmable input ranges, an internal 5 V reference, and both serial (SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE) and parallel interfaces.
Key features include a maximum throughput of 750 kSPS in warp mode, low INL (±1.5 LSB max), 92 dB SNR at 5 V input, and power dissipation of 190 mW at full speed. The device is supplied in Pb‑free 48‑lead LQFP and LFCSP packages and operates from –40 °C to +85 °C, making it suitable for process control, medical instruments, high‑speed data acquisition, and ATE applications.
