Analog Devices AD7623 16‑Bit ADC Datasheet Rev 0
The AD7623 is a 16‑bit, 1.33 MSPS PulSAR® analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single 2.5 V supply. It features an internal 2.048 V reference, no missing codes, and both parallel (8‑ or 16‑bit) and serial (SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP‑compatible) interfaces.
The device is offered in 48‑lead LQFP and LFCSP‑VQ packages and is specified for operation from –40 °C to +85 °C. It is suited for medical instruments, high‑speed data acquisition, DSP, communications, instrumentation, spectrum analysis and ATE applications.
