Analog Devices AD5247 Digital Potentiometer Data Sheet
The AD5247 provides a compact 2 mm × 2.1 mm SC70‑6 solution for 128‑position resistance adjustment. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, draws only 0.9 µA typical at 3.3 V, and retains a mid‑scale preset on power‑up. The device supports full read/write of the wiper register via an I2C‑compatible two‑wire interface.
Typical applications include mechanical potentiometer replacement, sensor trimming, RF amplifier biasing, LCD brightness and contrast control, and automotive electronics adjustment. The low‑power design enables battery‑operated use with constant bias to retain settings between power cycles.
