ANALOG DEVICES AD5247 handbook

The AD5247 is a 128-position I2C®-compatible digital potentiometer with four end-to-end resistance options: 5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, and 100 kΩ. It is available in a miniature SC70-6 package and requires a single supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The device operates over a wide temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
