Analog Devices ADG508A/ADG509A Analog Multiplexer Datasheet
The ADG508A and ADG509A are CMOS monolithic analog multiplexers. ADG508A provides eight single‑ended channels, while ADG509A offers four differential channels. Both devices use TTL‑compatible digital inputs and operate over a wide dual‑ or single‑supply voltage range.
The datasheet includes functional block diagrams, pin configurations, electrical specifications, typical performance curves, an octal DAC application example, package dimensions, and an ordering guide for the various DIP, SOIC, PLCC and LCC options.
