ADS1274/ADS1278 is a 24-bit, delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Texas Instruments that supports data rates up to 128ksps and simultaneous sampling of four/eight channels. The devices in this series use a new digital filter design that provides 62kHz bandwidth and 111dB SNR (High-Resolution Mode), making them well-suited for high-precision, high-bandwidth measurement applications.
