STMicroelectronics VN920SP Single Channel High-Side Solid-State Relay Datasheet
The VN920SP is a monolithic single channel high-side solid-state relay designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower MO-3 technology. It is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground, integrating an analog current sense output that delivers a current proportional to the load current.
The device includes comprehensive protection features such as shorted load protection, under-voltage and over-voltage shutdown, over-voltage clamp, thermal shutdown, and current limitation. It also offers protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC, along with very low standby power dissipation and reverse battery protection.
