Ricoh R1516x Series LDO Regulator Datasheet
The R1516x Series are CMOS-based high-voltage resistant and low supply current voltage regulator ICs that provide a minimum of 150mA output. Internally, the series consists of a Foldback Protection Circuit and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit in addition to basic regulator circuits. The operating temperature range is between -40°C to 105°C, and the maximum input voltage is 36V.
