Ricoh RP106x Series LDO Regulator Datasheet

The Ricoh RP106x Series are low voltage 400mA voltage regulators designed with improved low-voltage capability. The input voltage can be as low as 1.0V, and the output voltage can be set from 0.7V in 0.1V steps. The output voltage accuracy is improved to +0.8% with a built-in transistor having low on-resistance.
