Ricoh RP202x Series Low Power LDO Regulator Datasheet
The Ricoh RP202x Series consists of CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs designed for high output voltage accuracy, low dropout voltage, and low supply current. These devices include a chip enable function to realize a standby mode with ultra-low supply current and an integrated current limit circuit to prevent destruction by overcurrent. The series automatically switches between Fast Mode and Low Power Mode based on the load current to optimize efficiency.
