Ricoh RP170x Series 300mA 10V Input LDO Regulator Datasheet
The Ricoh RP170x Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring a 300mA output current and a maximum input voltage of 10V. These devices are designed for use in 2-cell lithium-ion battery powered portable appliances and other portable equipment.
