Ricoh RP111x Series LDO Regulator Datasheet
The RP111x Series are CMOS-based Low Dropout (LDO) regulators designed for applications requiring a low input voltage as low as 1.4V. The series supports an output voltage range from 0.7V to 3.6V with high accuracy of +0.8% and a low temperature drift coefficient of +30ppm/°C.
Key features include excellent line transient response, ripple rejection up to 75dB at 1kHz, and built-in protection circuits such as fold-back current limiting, thermal shutdown, and inrush current limiting. The devices are available in SOT-23-5, SOT-89-5, and DFN1212-6 packages.
