RICOH R5400N Series Li-ion/polymer 1Cell Protector Datasheet
The R5400N Series are high input voltage CMOS-based protection ICs designed for over-charge and over-discharge protection of rechargeable one-cell Lithium-ion (Li-ion) and Lithium polymer batteries. These integrated circuits also include a short circuit protector to prevent large external short circuit currents and excess discharge currents. Each IC is composed of three voltage detectors, reference units, a delay circuit, a short circuit detector, an oscillator, a counter, and a logic circuit, available in a SOT-23-5 package.
