Ricoh RP153L Series Dual LDO Regulator Datasheet
The RP153L Series consists of CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs featuring high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, and low dropout. Each package contains two regulators with individually supplied power circuits, making them suitable for high-density mounting on boards.
Key features include a typical supply current of 40µA per channel (D/E versions), excellent ripple rejection of 70dB at 1kHz, and an output voltage accuracy of ±1.0%. The ICs are housed in a DFN1216-8 package and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
