Ricoh RP503x Series Step-Down DC/DC Converter Datasheet
The Ricoh RP503x Series consists of low supply current CMOS-based 600mA step-down DC/DC converters with a synchronous rectifier. These ICs integrate an oscillator, switching control circuit, reference voltage unit, error amplifier, soft-start circuit, and UVLO circuit. The series features built-in feedback resistors allowing for a fixed output voltage with 0.1V steps, and includes an automatic switching mode that transitions from PWM to high-efficiency VFM mode at low output currents.
