Ricoh R1191x Series 300mA LDO Regulator Datasheet
The Ricoh R1191x Series are low supply current voltage regulators featuring high output voltage accuracy. These ICs can switch between Fast Mode and Low Power Mode using the ECO pin without changing the output voltage value. The series includes built-in reverse current protection, making it suitable for back-up circuits.
Available in SOT-89-5, SOT-23-5, and DFN1616-6 packages, these regulators offer a supply current as low as 0.3nA in Low Power Mode (typical) and support input voltages from 3.5V to 16.0V.
