Ricoh RP400xxx1B Series Step-Up DC/DC Converter Datasheet

Datasheet 16 pages · 482 KB · EN

The Ricoh RP400xxx1B Series consists of high efficiency, step-up DC/DC converter ICs packaged in compact Spin SOT23 or 6pin DFN(PLP). These converters support low voltage startup from one to two alkaline or nickel-metal-hydride batteries, or one-cell Lithium-ion batteries. The series includes both adjustable and fixed output voltage versions, with the adjustable version (RP400K001B) allowing output settings between 1.8V and 5.0V.
