Maxim MAX4561/MAX4568/MAX4569 CMOS Analog Switches Datasheet
The MAX4561/MAX4568/MAX4569 are low-voltage, ESD-protected analog switches designed to operate from a single +1.8V to +12V supply. The MAX4561 is a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch, while the MAX4568 and MAX4569 are single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches with normally open and normally closed configurations, respectively.
These devices feature +15kV ESD protection on NO/NC inputs and 2.5kV on the COM input without latchup or damage. They offer a low on-resistance of 70Ω at 5V (120Ω at 3V) with excellent matching between channels and flatness over the signal range. The switches are capable of handling rail-to-rail analog signals and provide TTL/CMOS logic compatibility.
