Maxim MAX4060/MAX4061/MAX4062 Datasheet
The MAX4060/MAX4061/MAX4062 are low‑noise differential‑input microphone preamplifiers optimized for portable audio applications such as notebook PCs, tablets, and PDAs. They provide adjustable gain (or a fixed 10 V/V gain for the MAX4060), rail‑to‑rail outputs, high power‑supply rejection (86 dB) and common‑mode rejection (70 dB) at 1 kHz.
These devices include an internal microphone bias generator and a complete shutdown mode that reduces supply current to 0.3 pA for ultra‑low power operation. They are offered in space‑saving 8‑pin Thin QFN, 8‑pin UMAX, and 10‑pin UMAX packages and operate over a wide voltage range (2.4 V‑5.5 V or 4.5 V‑5.5 V for the MAX4060).
