Maxim MAX4230-MAX4234 High‑Output‑Drive Op‑Amp Datasheet
The MAX4230‑MAX4234 family are single, dual, and quad CMOS operational amplifiers offering 200 mA peak output drive, rail‑to‑rail input and output, and a 10 V/µs slew rate. They operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and are available in ultra‑small SC70, UCSP, and thin‑UDFN packages suitable for space‑constrained designs.
These amplifiers are intended for RF PA biasing in handsets, portable audio, headset drivers, car‑phone kits, laptop audio, set‑top boxes, DAC buffers, transformer drivers, and motor drivers. Key features include a 10 MHz gain‑bandwidth product, 85 dB PSRR, low‑power shutdown (< 1 pA), and automotive temperature range (‑40 °C to +125 °C).
