Maxim MAX312/MAX313/MAX314 Quad SPST CMOS Analog Switches Datasheet
The Maxim MAX312, MAX313, and MAX314 are quad single‑pole/single‑throw (SPST) CMOS analog switches. MAX312 is normally closed, MAX313 normally open, and MAX314 combines two NC and two NO switches. All devices operate from a single supply of +4.5 V to +30 V or dual supplies of +4.5 V to +20 V and offer low on‑resistance, low leakage, and high ESD tolerance.
