Maxim MAX4854H/MAX4854HL Datasheet
The MAX4854H and MAX4854HL are quad single‑pole/single‑throw (SPST) analog switches that operate from a single +2 V to +5.5 V supply. They feature low on‑resistance (≈7 Ω), 27.5 pF on‑capacitance, and a 150 MHz -3 dB bandwidth, making them suitable for high‑speed data signals such as USB 2.0 full‑speed.
The devices include over‑voltage protection that places the switch in a high‑impedance state when the input exceeds the supply rail. They are offered in a space‑saving 16‑pin thin QFN package and operate over an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Pin configurations, electrical characteristics, and typical performance graphs are provided for design reference.
