Maxim MAX326/MAX327 CMOS Analog Switch Datasheet
The MAX326 and MAX327 are quad, single‑pole‑single‑throw CMOS analog switches that provide ultra‑low leakage (10 pA max, <1 pA typical) and low charge injection (2 pC typ). They operate from a single supply of +10 V to +30 V, dual supplies of +5 V to +18 V, or unbalanced combinations, and consume up to 5.25 mW of power. Features include interchangeable inputs/outputs, latch‑up‑proof construction, and TTL/CMOS compatible logic levels.
These devices are pin‑compatible upgrades for DG201A/DG202 and DG211/DG212 and are suited for high‑accuracy data‑acquisition, sample‑and‑hold circuits, communication systems, and test equipment. Ordering information, package options, and detailed electrical characteristics are provided for design integration.
