Maxim DS7505 Digital Thermometer and Thermostat Datasheet
The DS7505 digital thermometer and thermostat operates from 1.7 V to 3.7 V and measures temperatures from –55 °C to +125 °C with configurable resolution of 9 to 12 bits. It communicates via a simple 2‑wire serial interface and supports up to eight devices on the same bus using three address pins.
The device includes a dedicated open‑drain thermostat output, programmable fault tolerance, and a shutdown mode for low‑power applications. All settings are stored in non‑volatile EEPROM and can be copied from shadow SRAM. Package options include 8‑pin SO and pMAX® packages.
