Analog Devices ADL5801 Active Mixer Data Sheet
The ADL5801 is a high linearity, doubly balanced active mixer core with an integrated LO buffer amplifier designed for frequency conversion from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. It features a proprietary linearization architecture that enhances input IP3 performance under high input levels and includes an adjustable bias feature to optimize linearity, noise figure, and power consumption.
The device is fabricated using a SiGe high performance IC process and is available in a compact 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP package. It operates over a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and is suitable for applications such as cellular base station receivers, radio link downconverters, and broadband block conversion.
