Analog Devices AD9354 RF Transceiver Datasheet
The AD9354 is a single‑transmitter, dual‑receiver RF transceiver that integrates ADCs, DACs, an autonomous AGC loop and a fractional‑N synthesizer. It targets WiMAX/WiBro applications such as CPEs, USB dongles, pico‑base stations and proprietary radio systems.
Key features include a JESD‑207 digital interface, on‑chip auxiliary ADC/DAC, four programmable I/Os, and power options of a single 3.3 V supply or dual supplies. The device is offered in an 8 mm × 8 mm, 56‑lead LFCSP package.
