The AD9354 is a radio frequency (RF) transceiver with a single integrated ADC and DAC, supporting the IEEE 802.16 WiMAX/WiBro standard. The bandwidth is 3.5 MHz < BW < 10 MHz, the receiver sensitivity is high, the noise figure is less than 3.5 dB, and it supports manual Rx gain and autonomous AGC mode. The transmitter has high linearity and spectral purity, the output power control range is 58 dB, and the resolution is 0.25 dB. It integrates a fractional-N synthesizer, the LO step size is 10 Hz, the LO integrated phase noise is less than 0.4°rms, and the automatic frequency correction accuracy is less than 0.012 ppm.
