About this manual

The AD9354 is a mixed‑signal RF transceiver that combines a single transmitter with dual receivers in a compact 8 mm × 8 mm LFCSP package. It supports the 2.3 GHz‑2.7 GHz band and bandwidths from 3.5 MHz to 10 MHz, providing high‑performance receiver sensitivity (NF < 3.5 dB) and a spectrally pure transmitter (Tx EVM = ‑38 dB).

The device includes an internal fractional‑N synthesizer, automatic frequency correction (< 0.012 ppm), and a JESD‑207 digital interface for easy connection to ASICs or FPGAs. Power can be supplied from a single 3.3 V rail or dual supplies, and the part offers on‑chip LDO regulators, auxiliary ADC/DAC, and four programmable I/Os.
