MassHunter Optimizer is an automated MS method development software that automatically optimizes the data acquisition parameters for each compound analyzed in MRM mode on a triple quad mass spectrometer instrument. It automates the selection of the best precursor ions, optimization of the fragmentor voltage for each precursor ion, selection of the best product ions, and optimization of collision energy values for each transition for a list of specified compounds.
