Agilent G3793AA MassHunter Optimizer is an automated MS method development software for MRM mode (multiple reaction monitoring) on a triple quad mass spectrometer instrument. It can automatically optimize data acquisition parameters, select best precursor ions, optimize the fragmentor voltage for each precursor ion, select the best fragment ions and optimize collision energy values for each transition.
