Ricoh R1180x Series LDO Regulator Datasheet
The R1180x Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs designed with high output voltage accuracy, extremely low supply current, and low ON-resistance. The series includes three package options: SON1612-6 (R1180D), SC-82AB (R1180Q), and SOT-23-5 (R1180N). A B version with a chip enable pin is available for ultra-low consumption standby modes.
Key features include a typical supply current of 1A, a standby mode current as low as 0.1pA, and an output voltage accuracy of 2.0%. The ICs incorporate built-in fold-back protection circuits and are suitable for stable voltage reference applications in battery-powered equipment such as cameras and VCRs.
