MAXIM MAX4641/MAX4642/MAX4643 Datasheet
The MAX4641, MAX4642, and MAX4643 are monolithic, dual single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches designed for operation from a single supply ranging from +1.8V to +5.5V. These devices offer low on-resistance, fast switching times of less than 20ns, and consume less than 0.01µW of quiescent power.
The product line includes three variations: the MAX4641 features two normally open (NO) switches, the MAX4642 has two normally closed (NC) switches, and the MAX4643 combines one NO switch with one NC switch. All devices provide rail-to-rail analog signal range and low leakage currents over the entire temperature range.
