Maxim MAX1036-MAX1039 8‑Bit ADC Datasheet
The MAX1036‑MAX1039 family from Maxim Integrated provides low‑power, 8‑bit analog‑to‑digital conversion in compact 8‑pin SOT‑23 (MAX1036/1037) or 16‑pin QSOP (MAX1038/1039) packages. Devices operate from a single supply, consume as little as 350 µA at 188 ksps, and feature an auto‑shutdown mode that reduces quiescent current to less than 1 pA.
Four‑channel parts (MAX1036/1037) and twelve‑channel parts (MAX1038/1039) support both single‑ended and pseudo‑differential inputs, selectable unipolar or bipolar ranges, and internal reference voltages of 4.096 V (MAX1036/1038) or 2.048 V (MAX1037/1039). The devices communicate via a 2‑wire I²C‑compatible serial interface with fast‑mode up to 400 kHz and high‑speed mode up to 1.7 MHz.
