LINEAR LTC1096/LTC1096L LTC1098/LTC1098L handbook
The LTC1096, LTC1096L, LTC1098, and LTC1098L are micropower, 8-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converters that draw only 80µA of supply current when converting. They automatically power down to a typical 1nA supply current whenever they are not performing conversions. These devices include sample-and-hold functionality and feature direct 3-wire interfaces compatible with most MPU serial ports.
