Linear Technology LT3463/LT3463A Datasheet
The LT3463 and LT3463A are dual micropower DC/DC converters designed for applications such as CCD bias, LCD bias, and handheld computers. These devices feature internal Schottky diodes and power switches, allowing for the generation of well-regulated positive and negative outputs with low quiescent current of 20µA in active mode. They are available in a low profile 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package.
