The LT ®1765 is a monolithic buck switching regulator from Texas Instruments. It integrates a high efficiency 3A, 0.09Ω switch and all the control circuitry required to construct a high frequency, current mode switching regulator. The chip can operate at a wide input voltage range of 3V to 25V and output a maximum current of 3A.
