The AD8061, AD8062, and AD8063 are low‑cost, rail‑to‑rail output voltage‑feedback amplifiers offering high speed (300 MHz bandwidth) and high slew rate. They are suited for video, imaging, photodiode pre‑amplifiers, professional cameras, handheld devices, DVD/CD base stations, filters, and A/D driver applications. The devices operate from a single supply of 2.7 V to 8 V and provide a wide input common‑mode range (‑0.2 V to +3.2 V at 5 V supply).

Key specifications include a typical quiescent current of 6.8 mA per amplifier, a maximum output current of 50 mA, and a slew rate of up to 800 V/µs. The AD8063 features a power‑down disable mode that reduces supply current to 0.4 mA. Available in SOIC‑8, SOT‑23‑5, and SOT‑23‑6 packages, the amplifiers are offered in tape‑and‑reel and bulk formats. This manual is written in Chinese.
