Analog Devices AD7324 Datasheet
The AD7324 is a 4‑channel, 12‑bit plus sign successive‑approximation ADC designed on an iCMOS process. It supports true bipolar input signals and offers four software‑selectable input ranges (+10 V, +5 V, +2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V). The device features a high‑speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, DSP and Microwire protocols, and provides a channel sequencer for flexible sampling.
Key specifications include a 13‑bit resolution, 1 MSPS maximum throughput, 22 MHz full‑power bandwidth, and a normal‑mode power dissipation of 30 mW. The ADC is supplied in a 16‑lead TSSOP package and operates over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed timing, absolute‑maximum ratings, and power‑down modes are provided for system designers.
