AD7324 is a 4-channel, software-selectable, true bipolar input, 12-bit plus sign ADC. It features selectable input ranges, high throughput rate, low power consumption, and more.
The AD7324 is a 4‑channel, 12‑bit plus sign successive‑approximation ADC that accepts true bipolar analog inputs. Four software‑selectable input ranges (+10 V, +5 V, +2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V) can be programmed per channel, and each channel may operate in single‑ended, true differential, or pseudo‑differential mode. The device includes an internal 2.5 V reference, low‑power operation (≈3 mW normal mode), and a high‑speed serial interface capable of 1 MSPS throughput.
Packaged in a 16‑lead TSSOP, the AD7324 operates from ±12 V supplies, supports a full‑power bandwidth of 22 MHz, and features extensive ESD protection. Detailed timing specifications, pin configurations, and power‑down modes are provided for system designers.
