Maxim MAX6381-MAX6390 Microprocessor Reset Circuits Datasheet
The MAX6381–MAX6390 series provides supervisory circuits that monitor supply voltages from +1.8 V to +5.0 V while drawing only a few microamps. When VCC falls below a factory‑set threshold, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a programmable timeout period after VCC recovers.
The devices are offered in 3‑pin and 4‑pin SC70 packages with seven selectable reset timeout periods (1 ms to 1200 ms) and multiple output options (active‑low push‑pull, active‑high push‑pull, active‑low open‑drain). They are pin‑compatible with a range of Maxim parts and are suited for computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, and battery‑powered equipment.
