Maxim MAX6575L/H Temperature Sensor Datasheet
The MAX6575L/H is a low‑cost, low‑current temperature sensor that uses a single‑wire digital interface. It offers accuracy of ±0.8 °C at 25 °C (±3 °C max) and can monitor up to eight sensors on one I/O line using selectable timeout multipliers.
The datasheet details electrical characteristics such as a supply range of +2.7 V to +5.5 V, typical supply current of 150 pA, and operation from –40 °C to +125 °C in a 6‑pin SOT‑23 package. Pin functions, timing diagrams, noise considerations, and an 8051 code example for interfacing multiple devices are also included.
