Maxim MAX4729 Manuals

The MAX4729/MAX4730 are low-voltage 3.5Ω, SPDT, CMOS analog switches. They are suitable for applications such as battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data acquisition systems, sample-and-hold circuits, and communications circuits. These devices feature low resistance, low power consumption, low leakage currents, and excellent AC characteristics.

MAX4729/MAX4730 are single-pole / double-throw (SPDT) switches that operate from a single supply voltage of +1.8V to +5.5V. At +2.7V supply, these switches feature a low on-resistance (RON) of 3.5Ω and RON flatness of 0.45Ω. Typical operation draws only 1nA of supply current, making them ideal for low-power portable applications. MAX4729/MAX4730 have low leakage current over the entire extended temperature range and feature TTL/CMOS compatible digital logic and excellent AC characteristics.
