This document describes the features and characteristics of the low-cost, voltage output, high-side current-sense amplifier ADM4073. It features three available gain versions (20 V/V, 50 V/V, 100 V/V), typical ±1.0% full-scale accuracy, 500μA supply current, wide 1.8 MHz bandwidth, 3V to 28V operating supply, wide 2V to 28V common-mode range, independent of supply voltage, -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range, and compatibility with MAX4073 in a 6-lead SOT-23 package. The ADM4073 is suitable for applications such as cell phones, PDAs, notebook computers, portable/battery-powered systems, smart battery packs/chargers, automotive, power management systems, PA bias control, general system/board-level current monitoring, and precision current sources.
